q How do I cancel my order? / change my order?
a Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or change of your order.

q How can I update my delivery address?
a Once an order is placed, we are unable to update your delivery address. Should your delivery details need amending while the order is ongoing, please contact us immediately.

q Why am I charged customs duty?
a You may be charged customs duty by your country. This rate is determined by the receiving country and we are not responsible for those charges.
Customs duty and other expenses arising in the country of destination shall be covered at the receiver's expense.
